Job Summary: Drive acceptance and growth of PayPal Pay Later across GSA merchants. Act as the Pay Later subject matter expert within the Global Strategic Accounts team. Own a quota for incremental transaction margin by cross selling PayPal Pay in 3 and PayPal Credit. This job uses knowledge and direction to influence decisions as an advisor or counsel, establishing overall business or technical strategy for the organization with significant impact on the success of operations. Focuses on strategy and influencing decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish overall business or technical strategy for the organization.
  • Influence decisions as an advisor or counsel at the executive level.
  • Focus on strategy development and long-term planning.
  • Drive significant impact on the success of operations through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Sell Pay Later to targeted GSA prospects and existing merchants to meet transaction margin targets.
  • Build pipeline with Account Managers and Enterprise Sales for BNPL and Credit opportunities.
  • Partner with Global Consumer Credit and Global Pay Later on positioning and go to market plans.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Global consumer credit and BNPL regulations and the competitive landscape.
  • Manage multiple projects and support merchant testing at launch to meet regulatory and best practice standards.
  • Lead, direct and mentor a team of Pay Later Customer Success Managers, who will oversee the in-depth success of Pay Later products implemented with GSA merchants.
  • Represent PayPal and GSA at industry events, especially pertaining to the subject of Pay Later solutions, on a global scale.
