As we accelerate enterprise adoption of AI in dentistry, our largest DSOs represent foundational partnerships requiring executive-level leadership, strategic rigor, and disciplined account growth. Role Overview The Director, Strategic Accounts will own the end-to-end strategic management of VideaHealth's two largest enterprise customers. This leader will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, architect long-term AI adoption strategies, drive expansion across hundreds of practices, and ensure both commercial and clinical success. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role responsible for shaping the future of AI adoption at scale within the nation’s largest DSOs.

Requirements

  • Have 10+ years experience in enterprise account leadership, strategic partnerships, consulting, or large-scale customer management, ideally in AI, health tech, SaaS, or clinical transformation
  • Have successfully managed enterprise accounts with complex multi-stakeholder environments, ideally DSOs or healthcare systems
  • Are comfortable owning C-suite relationships and navigating high-stakes executive discussions
  • Have led large commercial negotiations, multi-year contract cycles, or enterprise rollouts
  • Bring a blend of strategic vision and execution discipline, thriving in roles where you both set the direction and roll up your sleeves
  • Communicate with exceptional clarity and influence, with strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen
  • Have experience building structure, process, and enablement programs in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Executive Relationship Ownership: Own C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, leading steering committees, ROI analyses, and long-term strategic roadmap discussions
  • Strategic Account Leadership & Growth: Develop multi-year account strategies, driving AI adoption, expansion opportunities, and commercial growth while owning revenue targets, renewals, and forecasting with precision
  • AI Transformation & Use-Case Development: Partner with product and clinical teams to co-develop and scale AI use cases, translating enterprise feedback into roadmap direction and broader organizational adoption
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Program Execution: Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and practice activation, establishing governance models that ensure consistent performance at scale
  • Industry & Competitive Expertise: Act as a strategic advisor on AI and workflow transformation, representing VideaHealth with executives and at key industry events to reinforce our market leadership
