The Sr. Manager, Global Compensation leads the strategy, governance, and execution of broad-based compensation programs across all functions and geographies. This role provides leadership for global compensation planning and program administration for base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives, while driving scalable, compliant, and competitive compensation practices. The Senior Manager owns global benchmarking strategy and vendor management, job architecture governance (job catalog), compensation structures, market pricing, and process optimization. This role supports our Enterprise division in Atlanta, GA (Onsite) .
