Sr. Manager Global Business Process
About The Position
This position is responsible for managing and evaluating the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process. It involves conducting a wide range of business operations while maintaining and promoting accuracy and compliance in the management of Accounts Receivable. The role focuses on overseeing, leading, and maintaining aligned processes for Financial Services transactional activities, procedures, and resources to ensure alignment with the larger Finance Services strategy. The Sr. Manager is responsible for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as the performance and management of employees with process-specific responsibilities within EFS. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at the Higbee building in Cleveland, OH. Due to access to confidential financial information, a review of criminal history is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manages and evaluates O2C business process
- Conducts a wide range of business operations while maintaining and promoting accuracy and compliance in the management of Accounts Receivable
- Oversees, leads, and maintains aligned process’ of Financial Services transactional activities, procedures, and resources to ensure alignment with the larger Finance Services strategy
- Responsible for meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Responsible for the performance and management of employees with process specific responsibilities within EFS
