The Senior Manager, US Brand Partnerships will support the strategy and execution of brand partnerships across Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) partners, and broader Brand Solutions, driving GMV growth and strengthening eBay’s position in circular fashion. They will work cross-functionally to develop impactful partnerships with an eye to generating a repeatable playbook with brands across the US market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, or ecommerce/marketplace roles.
  • Proven track record to build and implement partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • AI fluency and ability to incorporate AI into workstreams developed.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in fashion, resale, marketplaces, or circular business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement the US brand partnerships strategy across RaaS and brand partnerships, and brand inventory solutions, to drive GMV growth.
  • Develop and scale repeatable playbooks and partnership models that make it easy for brands to engage and grow on eBay.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of brand partnerships, from pitch through launch and optimization.
  • Evolve partnership approaches across models (RaaS, direct selling, marketing partnerships, etc.).
  • Partner cross-functionally (Category, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Global Seller Development and more) to ensure successful onboarding and scaling of brands on eBay.
  • Develop, track and report on KPIs, performance, and ROI of partnerships.
  • Use AI to develop systems and processes
