The Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships will join the Brand Partnerships team based in NYC. This role will focus on the post-sale project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key advertisers, spanning everything from in-person live events, branded integrations within popular podcasts, on-platform custom content, and music experiences. Event sponsorships and podcast branded content are a key area of focus. This individual will lead every aspect of program execution for some of the most complex and high-profile advertiser programs from kick-off, to creative development, to launch. You will be responsible for keeping all internal and external stakeholders on-track and on-time with their tasks and deliverables, including Sales, Production, Talent Relations, Legal and external Client & Agency partners. You will also support the sales team by providing white-glove client service throughout the duration of the campaign. This role will be expected to independently identify risks and opportunities, lead difficult conversations with clients and partners, and propose solutions that balance client goals, internal capacity, and long-term program health.
