It manages Retail Development Managers who influence sales results and ensure brand and customer experience standards are met. The role differentiates itself by coaching managers to focus on opportunities, develop plans, and deepen business understanding. Success is measured by achieving sales targets, operational performance, and maintaining customer experience quality. The work impacts the organization by enhancing sales outcomes and customer satisfaction in partner retail environments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years Related sales experience including indirect/direct/retail/third party selling arrangements.
  • 2-4 years Sales & operational experience
  • Multi-unit management experience
  • Experience of successfully managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Retail Development Managers to achieve sales and operational goals through coaching and performance management
  • Drive sales performance by setting objectives, forecasting accurately, and allocating resources effectively
  • Collaborate with managers and dealer teams to maintain store operations and customer experience standards
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic planning for the retail channel
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
