You will lead a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals dedicated to accelerating digital transformation for large-scale organizations through advanced 5G, IoT, and edge compute solutions. This role differentiates itself by demanding a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend overarching go-to-market strategy with rigorous new sales acquisition execution. You will not just manage a team; you will architect complex account strategies, cultivate C-suite relationships, and partner cross-functionally to capture market share. Success in this role is measured by robust revenue growth, expansion of T-Mobile’s footprint within Fortune 500/enterprise accounts, and the continuous development of top-tier sales talent.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 7+ years of Sales Management Experience (Required)
  • 2+ years of Outside Sales Experience
  • 2+ years of Technology Sales/Wireless industry
  • 2+ years of Prospecting/Account Management

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM): Design and execute comprehensive, quarterly sales strategies to penetrate complex enterprise accounts, expand market share, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Champion Digital Transformation: Guide your team to position T-Mobile for Business not just as a wireless provider, but as a strategic partner in edge networking, Private 5G, and IoT innovation.
  • Pipeline & Portfolio Management: Oversee complex, short & long-cycle enterprise deals. Maintain rigorous forecasting accuracy, pipeline manager, yield ratio and build a sustainable, high-growth sales pipeline.
  • C-Suite Relationship Cultivation: Coach your team on executive-level storytelling. Act as the executive sponsor on mega-deals, navigating complex procurement processes and aligning T-Mobile for Business solutions with the customer's macroeconomic and operational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to engineer bespoke solutions that solve unique enterprise challenges.
  • Build a High-Performing Sales Engine: Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier enterprise sales talent. Cultivate an agile, resilient, and competitive team culture aligned with T-Mobile for Business Un-carrier ethos.
  • Strategic Coaching: Shift from traditional managing to strategic coaching. Develop your Client Partner and Account Executives’ business acumen, deal-structuring capabilities, and negotiation skills to maximize their earning potential and career trajectory.
  • Organizational Alignment: Act as a crucial bridge between senior business leadership and the front line, ensuring corporate strategy translates effectively into daily sales execution.
