This exciting role provides independent oversight of the Enterprise Risk Framework as well as the supporting programs and policies. The Enterprise Risk Senior Manager works with the second line Business Line Risk teams to increase knowledge, awareness and training of the ERM Framework and Polices and assists them with the Business execution of these programs. The position interacts with all levels of management and senior level executives; therefore, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will report into the Global Head of ERM, who reports directly into the Chief Risk Officer. Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative and be capable of managing multiple and diverse assignments.
