Job Description: Role Overview The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s Enterprise Risk Management program’s key risks by collaborating with their owners. This position will work closely with Risk Owners across the organization in identifying, assessing and responding to financial, operational, technology, strategic and compliance risks. The Analyst will help us enhance risk management processes to support the company’s mission and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Engineering, Math, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Risk, Audit, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with risk modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Working knowledge of DCF modeling, financial statements, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to option valuation concepts (e.g., Black-Scholes) and Monte Carlo simulations is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with VBA/Macros, BI tools, or statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance ERM framework components, processes, templates, and tools to support consistent enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment.
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc risk assessments, focusing on high-impact operational, financial, compliance, technology, and strategic risks.
  • Analyze risk information using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate potential impacts, trends, and priority areas.
  • Partner with Risk Owners across regions and functions to document risks, refine mitigation plans, and ensure current/accurate information in risk registers.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to deepen risk understanding, gather inputs, and support mitigation progress.
  • Develop and refine Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor changes in risk exposure and program effectiveness.
  • Prepare routine and executive-ready ERM reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize risk profiles, changes, and mitigation outcomes.
  • Identify emerging risks using structured analysis, market intelligence, and internal trends, escalating insights appropriately.
  • Recommend enhancements to risk controls, mitigation strategies, and processes based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support integration of risk information into business planning, operational processes, and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Leverage digital tools, automation, and analytics to improve the efficiency and quality of the risk program.
