The Senior Manager, eCommerce is responsible for driving execution of the company’s eCommerce strategy across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and major marketplace platforms, including Amazon (1P & 3P), Walmart, and Target. This role plays a key part in delivering profitable growth by optimizing key levers such as retail media, assortment, pricing, and promotions. This role is based out of the Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program, working in the office 3 days and working remotely 2 days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or omni-channel sales.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale digital commerce businesses or marketplace platforms.
  • Proven experience owning and managing an e-commerce P&L.
  • Direct experience with Amazon (1P and 3P), Walmart, and Target marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of retail media platforms and performance marketing strategies.
  • Advanced experience using analytics to drive growth decisions.
  • Experience working with digital marketing, reporting, and commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall e-commerce strategy across DTC and key marketplace platforms.
  • Establish performance goals, KPIs, and operating cadence aligned with company growth targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on digital commerce strategy.
  • Own the full e-commerce P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, media investment, and promotional ROI.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to guide decision-making.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize investments across pricing, promotions, and digital marketing.
  • Lead retail media strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and DTC channels.
  • Manage advertising investments to maximize ROAS, traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams and agencies to implement integrated campaign strategies.
  • Define platform-specific assortment strategies to optimize performance across digital channels.
  • Lead promotional planning and pricing strategy aligned with margin and inventory goals.
  • Ensure best-in-class product content, SEO, and digital shelf optimization.
