The North American Service Business (NASB) is looking for a Data Analytics & Insights Senior Manager to empower the various teams it supports with analytics and insights to enable them to make data driven decisions. The Data Analytics & Insights Team (DAI) inside of NASB supports the service partnership group (SPG), the Products Group (PG) and Samsung Ads. The SPG handles all partnerships and revenues associated with the ecosystem of OTT content service providers, content licensing partners, and product partners on the Samsung Smart TV platform and mobile platform. The PG develops service products such as The Art Store, Gaming Hub, Samsung News, Samsung Weather and the Galaxy Store. Samsung Ads is in charge of our on-platform ads operations and sales. This role will leverage Samsung’s data on its various platforms to understand product performance and further the team’s mission to help ensure the best possible product outcomes. Specifically, this role will have a focus on our Gaming Hub and Art Store products on our TVs but will have opportunities to provide analytics to other areas of our business both in the SPG and the PG and potentially beyond. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, and solutions-focused with the ability to unravel internal complexity/ambiguity, navigate the organization, and come to a quick understanding of the business and the relevant data. The position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with all areas of the business.
