A Day in The Life:

The Gaming Partnerships Intern will assist with partnership management within
Monster’s core focus of Gaming and Esports. This person will assist in managing
day-to-day and longer-lead partnership projects. They will contribute to
deliverable tracking, project management, and cross-functional communication.
They will help develop learnings from existing partnership to help influence the
development of new programs. This role requires someone with interest and
familiarity in the Gaming space.

Requirements

• Familiarity and interest in Gaming
• Understanding of key function areas within marketing
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration are essential
• Ability to think critically and creatively, and able to clearly present new ideas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Coordinate connection points between Gaming and the overall Monster team
• Assist in project management of key Gaming programs
• Develop library of marketing activity around gaming partnerships
• Support development of case studies and guidelines for key programs
• Assist with measurement and KPI development for select marketing activations
• Contribute to program feedback to best ensure program success
