We also offer a broad range of outstanding benefits including a sabbatical program, tuition assistance and flexible work arrangements. Department OverviewRole responsible for supporting activation of Global Customer Engagement strategy across marketsDuties The Market Activation Team (MAT) Purpose: We activate CP initiatives and strengthen the bridge between GCE and markets — shaping strategy, scaling key initiatives, and representing market needs — so that we drive trusted partnerships, impactful digital outcomes, media efficiencies, and tangible business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with developing strategies, crossfunctional influencing and developing operational execution plans
  • Strong communication and influencing skills (i.e.presenting and hosting workshops with markets)
  • Experience with adapting or evolving existing methods – open to changing parts of processes to make them better as part of day-to-day activities
  • Agile approach to problem-solving and working crossfunctionally
  • Curious learner with test / learn mindset
  • Strong digital experience required (Digital, CRM, Acquisition, Media, Martech)
  • Campaign experience required
  • Market experience required

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate the business through cross-system insights & learnings
  • Support markets in delivering against their digital goals (loyalty acquisition, adoption, retention with focus on 90 day active, loyalty sales)
  • Drive digital adoption (with focus on GMA, Delivery).
  • Support execution of digital strategy and identify and share best practices across system
  • Ability to Lead cross-functional project ‘squads’ in support of key GCE priorities
  • Partner with the Global Campaign Team to lead a connected digital strategy and help facilitate the day process & partnership between GCE & Global Campaigns
  • Partner side-by-side with markets to support activation of strategies, including helping to optimize their marketing plans. Provide them with holistic, front-line market support—acting as first responders to ensure strong execution and impact of GCE strategic priorities.
  • Act as liaison between global and markets to bring market learnings back to global team
  • Proactively support big bets and key problem areas as identified by markets and segments
