About The Position

We’re looking for a seasoned Director-level engineering leader to build and scale data products/solutions across corporate functions finance and compliance. This is an engineering leadership role and requires a strong engineering background, ideally building data products and solutions for software subscription business. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, driving impactful, world-class solutions for internal stakeholders. About the Team Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field and have 15+ years across data engineering, ML, and analytics (preferably in SaaS).
• Deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets.
• Strong engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data.
• Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance.
• Proficiency with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, Notebooks.
• Excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

• Leading and growing a team of data engineers, analysts and scientists.
• Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Designing and delivering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.
• Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics.
• Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.
• Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.
• Bringing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
