About The Position

We're looking for an experienced data leader to build and scale analytics solutions across corporate functions, including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. This Director-level role requires expertise in subscription sales and marketing datasets, cloud-based data ecosystems, and leading high-performing teams. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you'll thrive in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment, driving impactful, world-class solutions for internal stakeholders.. Requirements

• Have a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience and have 15+ years across data engineering, ML, and analytics.
• Leverage a deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets.
• Possess exceptional engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data.
• Demonstrate expertise in delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance.
• Offer expertise with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, and Notebooks.
• Be an excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading and growing a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists focused on corporate data and analytics.
• Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Engineering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.
• Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics
• Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.
• Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.
• Providing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
