REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Data & Analytics – Corporate in Winston-Salem This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making through the development and maintenance of robust analytics solutions. It combines technical expertise in data engineering and visualization with project management and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Technical hands-on delivery of ETL, SQL and Visualizations
  • Work with vendors to support the production environment of reporting
  • Manage small to medium-scale projects and track to execution while providing solution-oriented consulting to complex problems
  • Participate in cross functional teams with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creation of data assets to facilitate adhoc and fixed reporting capabilities
  • Respond to and collaborate on incidents in the Data & Analytics environment
  • Work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 6+ years of experience in Data and Analytics development
  • 2+ years of experience with data integration processes
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI SQL, database and table design, query optimization, and data visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar)
  • Ability to engage stakeholders using a design thinking approach
  • Proven experience implementing best practices in existing environments and establishing solid foundations for new development
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and task management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
