The Communications team at Hims & Hers is responsible for shaping how the world understands our company’s role in advancing modern healthcare. We develop strategies to raise awareness, increase brand love, build trust and loyalty, and drive adoption of our products and services. Our job is to find creative and compelling ways to educate, inform, and inspire the world of Hims & Hers, as well as the broader healthcare industry. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Consumer Communications to join the team responsible for driving and executing a world class communications strategy that helps our customers, community, investors, and the public connect with the company’s mission, brand, and vision. In this role, you’ll support high-priority initiatives across consumer product, brand, and executive communications. Reporting to the VP of Consumer Product & International Communications, you’ll work closely with senior members of the Communications team and our cross-functional partners in marketing, product, social, and customer insights to position Hims & Hers as a leader in healthcare, design, and consumer experience. You’ll also help shape proactive and reactive strategies that communicate how Hims & Hers advances innovative, consumer-first, and accessible healthcare, with a focus on supporting consumer products, social-led initiatives, new media placements, and company brand narratives.
