The Sr. Manager, Connected Commerce Sales is responsible for driving the availability and visibility of Boston Beer Company products in the digital sales environment at retail and wholesale. As the Connected Commerce voice to our top retailer and wholesaler customers, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the organizational digital sales strategy. Selling to internal and external customers, the Sr. Manager delivers best-in-class strategies, thought leadership, and digital assets to Boston Beer’s prioritized wholesaler, retailer and internal sales partners. The Sr. Manager collaborates cross-functionally with sales, commercial marketing, business insights, and IT partners to develop and lead Boston Beer’s digital commerce sales strategies and support efforts and programs to drive digital sales revenue. The Sr. Manager leads and educates sales co-workers to embrace and drive omni-channel results, owning both short and long-term digital commerce strategic initiatives. A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams’ weekly schedule.
