About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Compliance to join our Corporate Compliance team. This role is key in managing risk for our organization in a highly regulated global environment and will focus on interactions with Healthcare Professionals, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, third- party due diligence and monitoring, and compliance risk assessment. Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, you will support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of MicroPort’s global corporate compliance program. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage compliance initiatives from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Audit compliance with existing MPO policies/procedures.
  • Oversee the aggregation and reporting of transfers of value related to healthcare providers, as required under global transparency requirements.
  • Oversee the third-party sales distributor due diligence review.
  • Support the Compliance Director as a project team member for transition to new HCP engagement platform.
  • Support the Compliance Director in implementing/updating policies as needed to comply with evolving global regulations and industry standards and mitigate risk to the company.
