This position responsible for identifying gaps and needs to begin developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that equip Sales, KAM, Field leaders, FRMs, PINs, Payer, Trade Account Directors, and other Market Access Members with the knowledge and skills to support healthcare providers with patient access, reimbursement processes, and payer policies. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Market Access is aligned with company objectives, product strategies, and compliance standards.
