About The Position

As the Sr. Manager of Business Integration, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, process mapping, and change management, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in process mapping and redesign.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and understand the operational challenges faced in retail operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Identify the data and process interdependencies across the organization, particularly within retail operations.
  • Articulate operational needs and turn them into clear business requirements.
  • Work with IT to help define the technical requirements necessary to address business needs.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure clear visibility into core IT projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the retail operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with SME leaders.
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with SMEs. Document their process needs and translate them into clear business requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the SMEs' business processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between retail operations leadership, SMEs and IT.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the intake process, working with SMEs and leadership to validate, prioritize, and define all requests before escalation for review.
  • Gather feedback from SMEs on system performance and process effectiveness and relay that information to the appropriate teams.
  • Work closely with product leaders in IT to help translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Work with product owners to ensure system designs meet the requirements of the SMEs.
  • Assist in the coordination of system development and implementation projects, tracking progress and managing timelines. Communicate project plans, goals, and timelines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure systems meet business requirements.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to address challenges arising from upstream and downstream processes. Ensure close coordination with Cultivation and Manufacturing Operations, Brand Operations, Auxiliary Operational Components such as Financial Systems, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Merchandising, Compliance, and the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Establish and maintain clear rules of engagement with auxiliary systems and other core business processes, including Cultivation and Manufacturing, Brand, and Auxiliary Operations.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 30%
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
