About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to join our Business Integration – Customer Operations team. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives from initial requirements and work sessions through development and operational readiness and other critical integration milestones. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of customer-impacting initiatives such as WiFi implementations, internet programs, device swaps, and related operational changes. This role is based in Samford, CT and requires being in office four days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager working through complex integration efforts utilizing project management/program management methodology, such as Agile environments
  • Industry background in telecommunications, broadband, WiFi, internet services, or device lifecycle companies or organizations
  • Experience working within Customer Operations or integration-focused teams
  • Proven experience creating and managing detailed project plans with dependencies, operating with limited leadership oversight.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear updates and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage RAID items effectively through project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives tied to operational readiness or integration efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong technology tool experience with Smartsheet, or MS Project, and PowerPoint, as well as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management across integration initiatives within Customer Operations.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into structured project plans.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive operational readiness planning for Day 1, Day 90, and other milestone events.
  • Ensure all testing, training, communications, and Customer Operations functions are fully accounted for and aligned.
  • Identify, document, and proactively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items to closure.
  • Provide consistent status updates and executive-ready communications via email and PowerPoint.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Training, and Communications to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor progress, escalate risks appropriately, and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
