About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving brand growth, distributor engagement, and marketing program excellence across Allied Air's residential and commercial product lines. This role will lead initiatives in brand management, distributor marketing, program development, new product commercialization, and content creation to support business objectives and market share expansion. Requirements

  • Expertise in a variety of sales promotion, communication, brand management, and marketing research practices
  • Financial acumen and the ability to translate marketing investments into profitable returns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking and executive communication techniques
  • A commitment to fast learning in a technical field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including corporate executives, diverse internal project teams, independent business owners, and the contractors who install and service products in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in brand strategy, distributor marketing, and program execution
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • MBA preferred
  • HVAC or industrial B2B experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Distributor Marketing: Partner with distributor networks to deliver marketing tools, campaigns, and support that drive engagement and sales performance.
  • Program Development: Develop and manage marketing programs and promotions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable ROI.
  • New Product Introductions: Lead the marketing commercialization, planning and execution of new product launches working closely with product management, sales and operations.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic priorities.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content including digital assets, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
