The Senior Manager, Area Customer Operations provides operational leadership and management for Foodservice customers and clients. This role is responsible for the execution of customer-specific volume and profit-generating strategic initiatives that include equipment and/or service components. Key duties involve the creation and management of annual Service and capital budgets for assigned foodservice account teams, encompassing planning, rolling estimates, and course corrections. The manager will collaborate with Local Finance and the Foodservice Sales Team on planning, rolling estimates, forecasting, new products & platforms, program execution, and customer value creation. This customer-facing position is based in either Atlanta or Central Florida, supporting the Florida client base, and requires comfort communicating with stakeholders ranging from CEOs to Service Technicians. The role also includes project management, leading operational elements of customer annual business plans, managing customer rolling estimates for service and capital expense, direct participation in customer selling efforts of operational products & services, customer stewardship, and providing operational Subject Matter Expertise to internal client groups.
