Sr. Manager, Ambulatory and MyChart
About The Position
The Ambulatory Application Manager provides day to day management for Quest’s Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Applications ensuring the system fully supports the company’s clinical, operational and financial goals. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for guiding the team that operationalizes our most critical ambulatory systems with specialized focus on genetic counselor workflows and genomic data integrations. Reporting to senior leadership this manager will be the direct interface between strategic business needs and technical delivery. The focus of this role will be on maximizing team performance ensuring quality of all system builds, and delivering optimized, high quality, and reliable experiences.
