The Ambulatory Informatics and Operations Analyst applies informatics knowledge and collaborates with operational leadership, end users of the electronic health record (EHR), Revenue Cycle, and IT to develop and drive adoption of standard workflows, assess usability and recommend optimizations. Supports departments by providing on site rounding, assessment, and execution of opportunities for efficiency, and implementation of user level system (EHR) personalization. Executes communication plans that are developed by project teams ensuring understanding and adoption across all departments. Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
