About The Position

Sr. M365 migration Specialist Location : Remote Travel :- Heavy travel involved across different states ( at least 1per week ) . Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration across designated locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:- Email (Exchange Online) OneDrive for Business SharePoint Online Teams and other M365 apps Assist users with: Client configuration (Outlook, OneDrive sync, Teams setup). Profile setup and authentication issues. Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services. Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary. Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement. Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices. Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies. Top skills required Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 2/7/2026 The annual salary for this position is between 114,000 to 133,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
