About The Position

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will play a critical role in building practical, high-impact skill development for people leaders and employees across Klaviyo. This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on learning professional who loves building, facilitating, and iterating—someone who can turn data, feedback, and organizational signals into learning that drives real behavior change. This role sits on the Talent & Learning team and works closely with partners across People Analytics, HRBPs, and the AI Transformation team. The Senior L&D Specialist will have a direct impact on strengthening people leader capability, career development, and AI upskilling across the company while helping reinforce Klaviyo’s culture of continuous learning. How You Will Make a Difference A successful Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Klaviyo is a builder, facilitator, and problem-solver who is energized by translating insights into action. You are comfortable owning work end-to-end and thrive in a small, high-impact team. In this role, you will: Gather and synthesize data, feedback, and organizational signals to identify learning needs and skill gaps for people leaders and employees Partner with People Analytics and HRBPs to interpret trends and insights and translate them into clear learning priorities and skill focus areas Design, build, and facilitate experiential, skill-based learning experiences that emphasize practice, reflection, and real-world application Own learning experiences end-to-end, from discovery and design through delivery, reinforcement, and iteration Develop and deliver learning focused on people leader effectiveness, career development skills, and employee growth Support AI upskilling efforts across the company in partnership with the AI Transformation team, enabling hands-on AI practice and fluency Apply AI tools and platforms to learning design, personalization, and reinforcement—continuously experimenting with new approaches to improve effectiveness Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences using both qualitative and quantitative data, and use those insights to continuously improve outcomes Contribute to the development and execution of Klaviyo’s coaching strategy for leaders and employees Build strategies that embed learning into everyday work, ensuring skill development is practical, continuous, and reinforced Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up. Requirements

Responsibilities
