About The Position

Our team members advance our mission and exemplify excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose in all that they do. Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Finance team in the role of Sr. Lead Financial Analyst. We are seeking a high‑caliber, experienced financial professional with a strong foundation in accounting, inventory, and asset management, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to engage confidently across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. In this role, you will coordinate closely with the system financial team to deliver actionable financial insight and ensure strong forecasting, reporting, and accounting discipline across a complex healthcare environment. This role supports approximately $36M in annual spend and works closely with hospital teams, Corporate Real Estate, and clinical leadership to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment. While not a traditional pure accounting role, this position requires a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly related to inventory, assets, liabilities, and forecasting, and the ability to translate that information into meaningful insights that support both strategic and operational decision‑making.
