Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of relevant experience and proven administrative and operational support experience in an office environment, with the ability to manage competing requests, track deliverables, and execute work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong technology proficiency with web-based platforms and online searching; able to translate user needs into practical solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort working with data/records
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication; clear documentation and professional customer support
  • High attention to detail, particularly with credentials, entitlements, and licensing restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Managing user access for research platforms, e-newsletters, and online subscriptions
  • Running onboarding/offboarding access steps to ensure timely setup, secure removals, and accurate access records
  • Creating and maintaining tailored news reports and alerts for practice groups, attorneys, and firm leadership
  • Compiling usage and adoption reports and maintain supporting spreadsheets to inform decisions
  • Supporting testing and rollout of research enhancements and AI-tools, act as a go-to user for approved tools and track emerging legal tech trends and projects
  • Providing technical support--triaging requests, resolving routine issues, and routing more complex matters to the appropriate team member
  • Supporting the discovery of research tools by performing data hygiene, record maintenance, and basic cataloging
  • Delivering responsive, service-oriented support to attorneys and business professionals, with strong follow-through
