Vendor & Contract Compliance Operations • Support a portfolio of IT outsourcing and staff augmentation vendors with moderate to high operational and regulatory requirements • Monitor and validate vendor adherence to contractual terms, SLAs, compliance requirements, and enterprise policies • Identify, document, and escalate vendor performance gaps, compliance risks, and contractual issues to the IT Outsourcing Manager • Support vendor lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and change management • Assist in enforcing governance processes related to work orders, job postings, change requests, and invoicing Analytics, Reporting & KPI Support • Pull, analyze, and validate data to support recurring and ad hoc reporting on vendor performance, utilization, cost, and compliance • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to support vendor business reviews and performance discussions • Support benchmarking analysis by comparing vendor performance, rates, and delivery metrics across the vendor portfolio • Provide data insights and trend analysis to identify optimization opportunities, risks, and improvement areas • Support invoice validation, cost tracking, and change order analysis to ensure financial accuracy and transparency VNDLY & Workforce Management System Support • Serve as a subject-matter expert for VNDLY, supporting day-to-day system usage and data integrity • Troubleshoot VNDLY-related issues including job postings, work orders, approvals, time entry, invoicing, and reporting discrepancies • Partner with vendors, HR, Procurement, and IT to resolve system-related issues and process gaps • Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements related to contingent workforce management tools • Provide guidance and training support to internal users and vendors on VNDLY processes and best practices Process & Stakeholder Collaboration • Act as a day-to-day operational point of contact for vendors and internal business partners • Support the IT Outsourcing Manager with vendor review preparation, materials, and data analysis • Collaborate closely with HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise workforce and compliance policies • Document processes, controls, and operational procedures related to outsourcing and contingent labor governance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, vendor management, workforce analytics, or contingent labor operations
  • 3+ years of experience supporting vendor contracts and outsourced or staff augmentation programs
  • Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting a contingent workforce management system (VNDLY strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience pulling, validating, and interpreting data for KPI reporting and benchmarking
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large IT or enterprise organizations
  • Prior exposure to HR, procurement, finance, or workforce compliance practices
  • Experience supporting vendor business reviews, performance scorecards, or executive-level reporting
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements
