Under the general direction of the Asset Manager, the Senior IT Asset Procurement Analyst is responsible for assessing, tracking, and fulfilling requests for hardware, software, and other IT equipment. This includes engaging in requirements gathering, obtaining options and quotes, submitting orders, tracking status, completing updates and communications, and addressing any issues during the fulfillment process. As a member of the Asset Management team, this individual ensures that policy, process, and standards are adhered to, as related to hardware and software standards and Rush financial guidelines. Communication and documentation are key to continual improvement in the intake of Rush assets. The Senior IT Asset Procurement Analyst may also review the work of procurement analysts that are not yet at the senior level to ensure compliance, bring forth issues, and continually improve performance and process.
