Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F The Smartsheet Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Smartsheet environments to support enterprise workflows, project management, and reporting needs. This role ensures data integrity, user access control, automation of processes, and integration with other enterprise tools. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum 2 years of experience administering Smartsheet or similar project management tools. Solid experience with IT infrastructure projects with exposure to latest industry trends around digital transformation, cloud technologies, data centers, etc. Knowledge of project management. Proven skills and ability to successfully manage multiple support requests simultaneously WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in related field and/or specialized training or equivalent work experience Experience with API integrations and Smartsheet premium apps. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting tools. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards. Monitor usage and performance; troubleshoot issues proactively. Assist with integrating Smartsheet with enterprise systems (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow, JIRA). Provide support for Smartsheet related issues and enhancements via support requests. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users. Act as a subject matter expert for Smartsheet capabilities and new features.
