About The Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a highly talented team of materials personnel, supervisors, technicians, assemblers and others to deliver on commitments to our customers and our business. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements and promote a safe working environment for our employees and visitors. Oversee and integrate repair and overhaul and inventory management processes. Create and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain and reducing repair turnaround times. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with engineering, planning, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with quality assurance teams and leadership to uphold established quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization or equivalent type of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
