About The Position

We are looking for a Site P&O Manager to lead People & Organization activities at our Catoosa site. This role will be the primary P&O partner for site leadership, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local needs. This role will help create an engaging, safe, and productive workplace:

Requirements

  • Broad HR/P&O experience and knowledge of policies and systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and manage change effectively

  • Strong listening, convincing and communication skills
  • Able to manage difficult situations
  • Responds promptly to customer needs and meets commitments
  • Works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–6 years of progressive P&O (HR) experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.
  • Define and execute talent attraction and retention strategies aligned with global guidelines.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for all new hires.
  • Collect site-specific training needs and implement initiatives aligned with global L&D offerings.
  • Drive identification of development needs and set up local training program.
  • Support workforce planning during budget cycles to manage headcount and FTE evolution.
  • Align local strategies with global Centers of Expertise (CoE) guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and group policies.
  • Implement P&O processes and programs tailored to site needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on HR topics, including compensation, talent priorities, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with managers to drive engagement and change initiatives.
  • Deliver P&O policies and programs, adjusting for local needs when required.
  • Collaborate with P&O Business Partner and CoEs to co-develop HR projects and initiatives.
