We are seeking a hands‑on Site Leader / Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations and lead a team of skilled technicians at our new parter near Fort Wayne, Indiana. We’re focused on growth, exceptional customer experience, and building strong teams. Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience leading operations teams in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related residential home services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop field technicians
  • Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and workflow optimization
  • Data‑driven approach with experience using KPIs to track and improve performance
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Nice To Haves

  • Technical experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC (not required)
  • Experience managing multi‑trade service environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day site operations across Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC teams
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to achieve revenue, labor margin, and operational performance targets
  • Work with Dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency, capacity, and daily productivity
  • Ensure all completed work meets company quality, safety, and brand standards
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing technician training
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain and strengthen a safety‑first culture with full OSHA and company policy compliance
