Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Working knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices.
  • Excellent written, communication, presentation and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, attention to details, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Records and reviews all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered.
  • Confirms accuracy of all documents and inventories within the purchasing and inventory control departments.
  • Processes and files all necessary paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Works with other departments to ensure accuracy and traceability of all material received and delivered.
  • Works with other departments to complete the material and procurement process.
  • Performs data entry into financial and non-inventory management systems.
  • Reviews and distributes necessary documents to ensure delivery.
  • Performs inventory counts and helps facilitate variance reconciliation.
  • Performs cycle counts, coordinates inventory adjustments, and various other material control functions.
  • Monitors inventory replenishment processes and makes adjustments needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
