Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or wellness sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and database software.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient confidentiality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Verify and update existing data to ensure current and consistent records.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant compliance standards.
- Perform regular data quality checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist with generating reports and data summaries to support clinic operations and decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements for data entry and management workflows.
