  • Proficient in Project Management Methodology (PMI), adept at documenting necessary. information for project plans, and skilled in creating SOPs and Governance Plans for transitioning projects to BAU (Business as Usual).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written Business English skills and the ability to write clear and concise text for different audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of Waterfall/Agile project management experience preferred.
  • PMP, TQM, or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
  • Some familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, or other relevant frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience of automating reports (as far as data sources/tools will allow).

Responsibilities

  • Promotes an environment of transparency and respect, providing a project management foundation for high-performing teams in operations where individuals can realize their full potential.
  • Facilitates cross-functional interactions between their project teams (i.e., Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall) ensuring that cross-team dependencies are managed appropriately.
  • Works to increase team efficiency by encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and consistent improvement while staying focused on quality and timeliness.
  • Ensures operations team is fully aware of all relevant information needed to be productive.
  • Tracks and removes impediments impacting the operations team and safeguards the team from outside distractions and interferences.
  • Schedules and facilitates project meetings as needed (Project status reporting, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Retrospective, etc.).
  • Provides regular support to operations teams across the global teams, IB leadership and company staff.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning them with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering unity and direction toward project goals.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, leveraging team strengths for optimized project execution.
  • Foster transparent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Offer expert advice on technical aspects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Facilitate innovative solutions to technical challenges using expertise and inventive approaches.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align project outcomes with their needs and expectations.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust throughout the project life cycle.
