Ensures operations team is fully aware of all relevant information needed to be productive. Tracks and removes impediments impacting the operations team and safeguards the team from outside distractions and interferences. Schedules and facilitates project meetings as needed (Project status reporting, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Retrospective, etc.). Provides regular support to operations teams across the global teams, IB leadership and company staff.
