About The Position
We are seeking a Sr. Human Resources Specialist to improve workplace efficiency and enhance employee satisfaction. In this role, we are looking for someone who is well versed in benefits, and will implement HR strategies, communicate policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. The Ideal candidate will oversee employee benefits and monitor eligibility for medical and dental insurance. Your focus will be on providing crucial information, handling enrollment, and resolving claims. As an HR Partner, you will guide managers on disciplinary actions and address employee relations issues. You will help maintain HRIS records, compile reports, and ensure timely Employee Performance Evaluations. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment, conduct new employee orientations, and represent the company in unemployment claims.
