Our client, a well-established manufacturing company just outside Racine, WI (<75 employees), is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Specialist to join their close-knit team at a really pivotal time. After the most profitable year in company history, they’re doubling down on their people and looking for someone to lead HR efforts with both care and practical vision. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll oversee all aspects of human capital management and work closely with the President, Controller, and Senior Accountant, alongside an external HR Business Partner (ADP). While there’s plenty of hands-on, day-to-day HR work, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building better processes, removing roadblocks, and helping teams work more effectively together. There’s real opportunity here to modernize how HR supports the business, with visibility and influence across the organization. Important Note: This role offers flexibility to work from home after training. Onboarding typically lasts up to 6 months.
