As a Senior Analyst, HR Operations, you will serve as a lead contributor within our HR Shared Services ecosystem. This role is designed for a process-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and employee experience. We are looking for this to be a hybrid position with the ability to work 1 day at our HQ in Marysville, OH. You will manage complex HR programs, provide escalated support to our global associate population, and act as a critical resource for the internal HR community. Reporting directly to the Director, HR Operations, you will play a key role in driving data integrity, process automation, and the continuous improvement of our HR service delivery model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR or HR Shared Services experience with a focus on compliance-driven programs.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive performance outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to balance daily execution with long-term program strategy.

Responsibilities

  • HR Program Ownership Lead the end-to-end administration of specific HR programs (e.g., Backgrounds Investigations & Pre-Employment Screening Program, Visa Sponsorship Program, Unemployment Claims Management, etc).
  • Monitor program health through audits and metrics, ensuring all activities align with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to transition new programs or policy changes into the Shared Services operational workflow.
  • Centralized Associate & HR Support Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex associate inquiries that require deep policy knowledge or system expertise.
  • Provide dedicated operational support to the internal HR Business Partner (HRBP) community, streamlining their administrative tasks so they can focus on strategy.
  • Operational Excellence & Data Governance Conduct regular audits of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows and design scalable, automated solutions to improve the associate experience.
  • Maintain and update the HR Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics Generate HR operational dashboards to track SLA performance and case volume trends as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting for the Director, HR Operations to support strategic decision-making.
