As an HR Team Member in one of our facilities, you’ll champion shaping that culture. Acting as a strategic business partner, you’ll provide direction and support in all areas of Human Resources while driving practices that help our people and our business thrive. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of critical HR functions, including onboarding, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement and relations, change management, compliance, HR reporting, and HRIS. You’ll also support performance management and engagement initiatives that bring Winland’s values to life—fostering collaboration, building trust, and ensuring every employee has the opportunity to succeed. This role is more than managing HR processes—it’s about leading with integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and strengthening the connection between people and purpose.
