Our client is a smaller Seattle-based company seeking a professional to join their team as a Senior Human Resources & Payroll Administrator. This position reports to the CFO and works closely with sales, operational and administrative staff. This position is critical in retaining and hiring their personnel, while preserving their positive and favorable culture. This position is also responsible for maintaining all legal and regulatory compliance (including safety), while also administering the payroll and benefits functions. The ideal candidate will have impressive communication and organizational skills, have experience working with unions, be diligent in completion of responsibilities and self-motivated. They should maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, patience and judgement. Meeting deadlines timely and maintaining compliance is a must.
