Konnect – Internal & Client-Facing Support Position Overview Konnect is seeking a highly skilled HRIS professional to support both internal operations and a diverse portfolio of clients. This role blends hands‑on system administration, implementation support, process optimization, and reporting/analytics. The ideal candidate is a systems‑savvy problem solver who enjoys translating business needs into scalable, efficient HR technology solutions. This is a 30‑hour per week , hybrid position requiring three days onsite . Due to the client-facing and implementation-heavy nature of the work, onsite presence is non‑negotiable.
