Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and reporting of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role supports HR Operations and leadership decision-making by ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, and delivery of workforce analytics to drive business results. The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical subject matter expert for HR systems and reporting, partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT, and supports system enhancements, integrations, and process automation initiatives aligned with business priorities. The Senior HRIS Analyst develops project plans, supports execution of HR systems initiatives, and partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to prioritize enhancements and long-term system improvements. This role serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and supports data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
