This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. As a pivotal member of our dynamic Human Resources (HR) team, you will be a member and assist in configuring our Learning Management System (LMS). This role is essential to our collaborative and iterative process, which focuses on delivering high-quality, functional software in short, manageable cycles to provide optimal support for our employees. By effectively maintaining the LMS, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely creation and distribution of essential training materials. Meeting configuration tasks swiftly and adhering to deadlines will be instrumental in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
  • 3+ Years in supporting and configuring Learning Management Systems ( LMS)
  • Experience supporting HR general inquires
  • Case management experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of configuring Cornerstone
  • Experience using Workday as a HRIS
  • Experience in a Scrum environment
  • Experience using Jira
