You’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, IT, and business leaders to help advance a scalable, data-driven HR technology environment. At Echo, we’re building an HR technology function that helps the business move faster, make better decisions, and create a better employee experience. We’re looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our HR systems, with a strong focus on reporting, dashboards, data quality, and day-to-day Workday administration.
